Noble Mentors Development Program
A Relational Training in the Art of Mentoring
This training is designed for those who feel called to support others in meaningful ways. Whether you're an aspiring mentor, coach, guide, or simply someone others naturally turn to, the Noble Mentors Development Program (MDP)offers a path to become more skillful, present, and effective in how you hold space for others.
You’ll learn the tools, skills, and frameworks to facilitate deep transformation — while also engaging your own inner growth.
Why This Training?
There’s a growing need in the world for people who can sit with discomfort, ask real questions, and guide others not through fixing — but through presence. This program was born from over a decade of mentoring young adults through depression, addiction, anxiety, and the search for meaning. You’ll learn to mentor from who you are, not just what you know.

What "Noble" Means
To be a mentor is to take on a sacred responsibility — to show up without pretense, to serve another’s unfolding rather than your own agenda, and to become trustworthy enough to guide others through darkness and into clarity.
This training is about becoming that kind of person.
